We offer a 60-day return policy for our products, giving you ample time to try the product in use.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled free of charge if our system has not yet processed them.

If the order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled, and returns will follow the standard return procedures.

• Unclaimed Packages: A fee of €9.90 will be charged for unclaimed/undeliverable packages to cover our incurred costs. The package will be held at the pickup location for seven days before being returned to us. Please note that you must first pick up the package and follow our return instructions if you wish to return it. Failure to pick up the package from the post office or refusing delivery does not constitute a return.

• Unclaimed packages are not covered by the standard return policy.

• If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect products, product quality issues), you will not be charged a return fee.

• If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., dislike of the product, incorrect product ordered), the shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged product, contact contact@miskicosmetics.de for replacement products.

Packages Sent to the Wrong Address:

Always ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once the order is processed, we cannot make changes to the address or other details.

Please note that miskicosmetics.de is not obligated to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
